Today the Government has announced changes to the vaccination plan in response to Omicron. Here are the key points:
- The Government has announced the interval between the second dose and the booster shot will be reduced from 6 months to 4 months effective immediately. OneHealth will commence bookings from 11 January 2022.

- The Government confirmed the decision to roll out paediatric doses of Pfizer for 5 -11 year olds and this is scheduled to commence from 17 January prior to school returning in 2022. We have yet to receive the framework and training for this vaccine so are unable to book appointments at this stage.
