Whether it is urgent care you need (A&M) for both medical problems and accidents, or to book a preventive health check-up with one of our friendly family doctors, you’ll discover that OneHealth is easy to find. Our clinic is especially well placed for local residents who are looking for doctors nearby or a new regular medical centre in Remuera/Newmarket.
Parking and access
Our practice is located at 122 Remuera Road with free parking available at the front of the building and in the basement. A lift is available to transport patients, from the basement, to our practice on the ground floor.
Ancillary health services
Our practice is well supported by other on-site providers including x-ray, pharmacy, Labtests, physiotherapy, molemap, dental and other specialist services. We also have a child-friendly café open Monday – Friday.
Feedback and Complaints
OneHealth values feedback, both negative and positive, as this assists us in improving the service we provide you and your family / whanau.
When you use a health or disability service in New Zealand, you have the protection of The Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights.
OneHealth’s Complaints Policy and Procedure ensures a complaint is dealt with in a fair and prompt manner. If you are unhappy with the service you have received, or have concerns, please let us know as soon as possible. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 days. We will investigate your concerns and issue a formal response within 10 days following the acknowledgment.

To lodge a complaint you can either:
1. Talk to your GP, or any staff member at the Practice and they will assist you to lodge a complaint.
2. Document your complaint in an email and send to: info@onehealthgp.co.nz.
3. Complete the Enquiry form below if you would like us to contact you directly.
4. Phone the Health & Disability (HDC) Advocacy service on 0800 555 050 – an advocate can assist you with lodging a complaint directly with the practice.
